LAN Express, an affiliate of LAN Airlines was founded in 1998 after the merger of Ladeco airlines and Fast Air. Headquartered in Santiago Chile, the airlines main hub is also located in Santiago’s Comodoro Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport.
Today LAN Express has a fleet of 2 aircraft and serves 19 destinations. With extensive coverage throughout Chile, LAN Express also serves San Carlos de Bariloche in Argentina, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo in Brazil. LAN Express along with its sister airlines, LAN Airlines, LAN Ecuador, LAN Peru and LAN Argentina fall under parent company LAN Airlines S.A. with headquarters in Santiago Chile.
LAN Express is a member of Oneworld, a global airline alliance between 11 world airlines that serve 720 cities in over 140 countries.
